Updating my review since I went back to this dealership against my better judgment: had a 7 AM appointment for my recall. Showed up at 6:58 AM and there’s already a huge line. Service advisors are just walking up to begin their day. It took more than 10 minutes to get processed. Then I received absolutely no proactive communication from my service advisor. I texted the provided number multiple times. No response. I had to call at 4:15 PM to find out my car was ready. This dealership is unprofessional and disorganized. I will definitely never return. But I am excited to give them a 1 star and 0 NPS score on their post service survey. I already gave this dealership a 1 star review on my post service survey. I know this is more impactful and gets them scrutiny from the manufacturer. However, I wanted to share my subpar experience here too. I took my car in for service. It was an average to below average experience. It took hours for a basic 30,000 mile serie with no updates from the service advisor. Fine. I probably noticed because I waited at the dealership this time. Also, they offered to wash it and then didn’t. Next is the appointment to fix a recall on my RAV4. First appointment I scheduled they moved because they didn’t have enough workers that day. IMO opinion it’s ridiculous to not have enough service workers on a Saturday. So I reschedule. Now I get a call the day before that they don’t have the part and they don’t know when they’re going to get it. The female advisor was incredibly rude and defensive. No customer service attitude at all. She hung up on me after I criticized the operation. The GM needs to take a serious look at how he runs this place. The service department and customer service suck.

Marina Del Rey Toyota treated me and my son very good. To be honest I thought I would leave from there with having no chance at getting a vehicle and was I wrong. They had patience and worked with me. They explained everything in detail and offer me plenty of options. They found me the best option to fit my needs and I couldn't be more thankful for them. I’m so happy I stopped in that Saturday 12/6, just to see my options and look I left with a nice Camry that me and my son LOVE. Thank you guys so much!
