Marion Chevrolet Service

I found myself in Marion in the middle of a very long trip with a broken aluminum luggage mount on a motorcycle. Parts would take a week or more, but a welder could put it back together. The guys in the service department went far and above anything I would have expected. They texted and called a lot of friends and acquaintances, and eventually did find someone that could help me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, based on this experience alone. Thank you all so much!

Kyle was great, super helpful. I was extra picky and he worked with me through multiple days to make sure I found what I really liked. He took the time to answer all my questions and made test drives comfortable ( I am always nervous driving strange cars). The financing was easy and convenient, went very quickly. Recently had a engine replaced at Marion Automotive and noticed a smell of oil burning. They got us in quickly and found the problem and replaced the part at no expense since it is still under warranty. They offer great customer service and keep customers in the loop as they go, from diagnostics to costs to repairs.

Sometimes it’s the small things. Called this dealership as I was looking at a used vehicle and all the CarFax service records were at this place. There was one service record that showed an oil change and “Recommended Service Completed” with no other details. I was mostly trying to find out if the transmission was ever flushed and filter replaced. He confirmed the “Recommended Service” was something that got clicked on an online appointment and it was just the oil change. He also double checked all the service records to make sure they had not done this service and also offered that he knew the pervious owner and that he took great care of the vehicle. I was not buying this used SUV from this dealer. I didn’t buy anything, or show any interest in spending any money, and they took the time to assist me in this menial task.
