Michael Watkins assisted me throughout the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions in detail and made everything very smooth. I also really appreciated that he had no problem extending the test drive when I asked, no pressure at all, just a great experience overall. Highly recommend this dealership and their staff.

I recently went to this dealership as a brand new car buyer and had an amazing experience. I bought a brand new equinox and although my car didn’t arrive on time, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They provided me with a gorgeous loaner car so nice that my mom is considering buying it instead! The service here is truly exceptional. Every person I interacted with was helpful and patient. I was coming out of state to potentially purchase an EV used car. The were able to give me out the door pricing through email. I called to negotiate the dealer fee and such. Agreed upon price. Drove 2.5 hours to see car. Was ready for my viewing and test drive before any documents signed. No pushy finance guy (was financing through GM because out of state, refinanced with my local credit union when I got back), no pushy extended warranty. Just gave me information about it and let me know I could purchase it later if I decided. Very easy and up front to work with. My wife and I enjoyed the experience. Car was fully charged for our drive home as well. I dealt with Conor through online/phone before and Kris when purchase was going through and in person. Very nice people, and really appreciate the time and energy they gave me (many emails/phone calls about specific things related to car, battery warranty, and other things).
