One week ago, today I picked up my new Audi A3, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Jack-Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain every feature, and made the process smooth and actually enjoyable. 😊 Ross with the financial team was also amazing. He was transparent and never pressured me to purchase anything I didn’t need or want. Everything was explained clearly, with no surprises, and he made what can often be a stressful process feel simple and straightforward. Brendan provided a very informative tutorial that was detailed without being overwhelming which for a technically challenged individual was great! I absolutely love my new Audi A3 — it’s an incredible car — but the outstanding service I received made the experience even better. I don’t think I’ve ever seen better work done at Body Shop and all my years; the Mark Motors Body Shop is top notch. When my wife’s jaguar was rear-ended, I was certain the car would never look the same because it was such a specialized color. (sapphire blue). Even in the afternoon sunlight, you just can’t tell it was repaired. Incredible work and even better service from Howie and Sadie. Thank you both.
