We had an excellent buying experience with Austin. We stopped in Friday afternoon, Austin greeted us right away. We gave him a tall order with a tight time frame. Show us the car we were interested in and get us some preliminary numbers and out the door in 40 minutes so we could get home in time for a World Cup match. Austin completely delivered, was a straight shooter, got us the information we asked for and one time! To the minute! We went home to watch the game and talk over our options. We both agreed we were so happy with the car, the cost and the honest professionalism of Austin. We came back as soon as the game was over (USA beat Australia 2-nil!!) Austin had the car ready for us and paper work took about an hour. After a full day of car shopping, we stopped as a Hail Mary pass and are so glad we did.
