I found my dream car on Cars.com and saw that it was available at Marketplace Chevy. Since I live in New Mexico and the dealership is in Louisiana, I was a little nervous because I had never purchased a vehicle long-distance before. What started as a learning experience quickly became the best dealership experience I've ever had. Everyone at Marketplace Chevy was incredibly polite, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew the status of my purchase. There were a few delays with the financing company that were completely outside of Marketplace Chevy's control, but the team remained patient, reassuring, and supportive. They consistently made me feel confident that my dream car would soon be mine. A special thank you to Jessica, Cody, Wesley, and Justin. Every person I spoke with was professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. It's rare to find a team that combines outstanding customer service with such authentic care for their customers.
