Recently someone hit my parked car and left a noticeable ding and paint transfer on the front bumper. I stopped by the dealership to ask for advice, and Darren immediately came out to take a look. He went completely above and beyond. He personally cleaned the area, removed the paint transfer, and even touched up the chipped paint spots. He also arranged for the car to get a wash while I was there. All of this was done free of charge. It would have been very easy for him to just point me to the service department and move on, but instead he took the time to help and made sure my car looked much better before I left. Darren is genuinely an asset to Acura Markham. It’s rare to experience this level of care after the sale, and it says a lot about the kind of service he provides to his clients.
