Excellent service!! I had the pleasure of working with James and Shawn. Leonard did the financing. We were able to strike a deal immediately over the phone from 700 miles away. Fair price k a new vehicle coming in and a fair trade in price. No need to attempt to haggle. Process was smooth all the way through. Highly recommended!!! I drove 700 miles to make the trade. Process went so well, I wouldn’t be afraid to make the drive again.

Took our vehicle and dropped it off Thursday evening because it was scheduled for Friday morning. Husband called to check on it later that day due to not hearing anything. They still had not looked at it and said they would call soon as they got to it. Husband called again at 330pm and the guy that answered the phone said the mechanics was gone for the day and he said the car shouldn't be drove much. But did not know what was all wrong with it and that they would look my detailed on Monday. Monday rolled around and didnt hear anything till 2pm, and what they told us they was not completely sure it would fix what was needing fixed on it. This is ridiculous take it in to get looked at and they are not sure if it would fix the problem and they have had it for 2 whole days as well and no one called Friday, we only found out what plugging it in said and that apparently took all day to do that.

Tim and Jesse in the service dept were quick to help me out!! I’m a traveling RN and have to have a vehicle. Jesse is brilliant with diagnostics and Tim got me a loaner vehicle within a few hours!! Great job guys!! I can not thank you enough for helping me out!!

Took my car for oil change & tire rotation. Was told it would be 1. 1/2 hours before done. They had my car done in "30 minutes"!! Not only was my oil changed & tires rotated, they put on new wiper blades, vacuumed out my car, & cleaned my windows!! I was amazed!! Thank you, Marmies, for awesome service & a wonderful experience!!

We have purchased several new vehicles from Marmie Ram and Ford in the past. Their customer service during and after the sale has always been outstanding. My wife and I decided to try a GMC. Shaun and James treated us like we were humans, not just another vehicle sale. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just two gentleman that wanted to give us a great deal and place us in a vehicle that met our needs. Shaun and James are excellent people to deal with, but I didn't expect anything different because they represent the Marmie brand. Thank You!
