Marsh Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchased a beautiful used truck from Marsh Motors in GFW. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Any mechanical issues I had with the vehicle was replaced or repaired as promised. Very happy with my purchase.

Salesman stated they wouldn’t honour a corporate discount “with a trade in” and that any discount should be brought up before any negotiations start. Implying in order to get the discount they would lowball the hell out of your trade in, thousands below what it’s actually worth, thinking the customer wouldn’t know the difference. That, on top of the tardy communication, trying to purchase a vehicle is not a pleasant experience and you are better off searching other dealerships.

My fiancé and I purchased a jeep from this dealership And we couldn’t be happier with the service, the price, and our experience. The crew were kind, friendly, welcoming, and the service was absolutely impeccable. My fiancé has purchased many vehicles, and this was by far the best experience he has ever ever had. We will be lifetime customers.

I can't put a star because they don't deserve one star. Here's why, I had a appointment set for 10:30 am i live 130 km away, got there just after10:00 am. I got booked in and everything was go so I thought. 2:pm rolled along so i decided to call them no answer, tried again got switch board and asked to have the shuttle to pick me up. got back to the shop about 3:00 pm and asked if my truck was ready, he told me that it wasn't brought in yet. I was told when I made the appointment that it would be about a two hour job. I told him to give my keys back and left. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I had to give them one star in order to post this.

Parts Department is top notch and super fast shipping. Update: I always thought that the dealerships would be the most expensive place to get parts, aftermarket accessories and wheels and tires but Marsh Motors is the opposite. They are VERY competitive and very knowledgeable. The first time I went in the dealership this year I was inquiring about a few things and the guy on the parts desk phoned Steve Marsh (who wasn't in the building, was actually at a new business they were opening) and he came right over. Steve is the beard of knowledge when it comes to anything truck/Jeep/offroad accessories/etc. This was on a Friday afternoon and he stayed there explaining things and just chatting with me and filling me with knowledge until after closing time. Everyone left the building and it was close to 6:30pm on a FRIDAY before we left. He really impressed me big time, not only because of his beard of knowledge but because he dropped what he was doing and drove across town on a Friday afternoon and stayed way past closing time to explain a lot of things to me and telling me about his trips to SEMA. This was the first time I've ever met him as well. I've been back a few times for small parts and pricing things and last week to pick up a couple small spacers I needed and ended up pricing some tires and a cold air intake and I'm getting the CAI installed Thursday and hopefully they can install and balance a new set of Mickey Thompson tires on my truck and I'm sure they will. I may even leave with a new set of Fuel Rims on top of that and if not Thursday I'll have them in a week or so. From now on if they have what I'm looking for or can get it for a competitive price, they'll get my business and I'll post more honest reviews and spread the word about how awesome the boys really are. Sorry for the long rant but it's been on my mind since the day I met Steve, I haven't seen him since but the boys in the parts and service department have been a great help. End of rant
