I’d like to share my experience from yesterday was a very memorable one for me. It’s been a long time since I took care of myself or bought myself something nice I’d like to give a shout out to Austin, Kyle And the rest of their team that helped find me the vehicle I was looking for. I definitely took care of me now. I hope they do the same for you. Super stoked about my new truck thank you guys.

Where do we begin? Gonna be a long review,apologies in advance! We have Never experienced the Cohesiveness of A Dealership in our lifetime! We've been around for awhile! Senior citizens! From Sales staff Steve Ruth [ senior citizen too] No airs,truthful,works for the customer,we had all phone calls answered and returned. This is the absolutely first time in our lives EVERYTHING that was quoted and emailed agreed upon prior to purchase,was exactly as it was presented over the phone.Just plain old kindness,business ethics at it's finest and professionalism at its best! Fianancing Dept- Donnie. Thorough on paperwork,answered all questions, kind,absolutely no pressure, and/or haggling. He presented options.Not once did we feel DO OR DIE or Else! Andrew-another sells staff,which didnt work our deal) stepped right in and helped Steve out just because,and yet again exhibited exactly what a team member means. He set up Chrysler App on phone for my husband.He paired our phone and showed him all the different features.Not once did he mind all of our "Senior Moments"questions. Shawn another team member checked on us and and answered pertinent questions,when Steve stepped away with our paperwork.He was so respectful, kind and courteous. In general We made friends,a business relationship and will be referring family and friends to Marshall in Crittendon Ky. Duane and Connie Gosnell Kettering Oh resident- Worth the Drive!

My experience was wonderful, of course my dear friend to Tasara introduced me to Tina and it was delightful!!! We are excited to own our new Chrysler Pacifica!!!! We are taking her on her first trip this week to Hilton head I hope she has a good time I have named her Mimi after my mother, she always had to have a black car. I almost forgot to thank Scott , he also did a fine job and we have just met Tyler who is the detailed detail man, he is super nice !!!Thanks to all. Thanks again and we'll keep in touch👍

I had the best experience buying a truck with Tina! She was incredibly nice, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She never pressured me to make a decision and was very transparent about everything. She took the time to clearly explain what I was signing and how each option could benefit me—or not—which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and straightforward to work with, I highly recommend asking for Tina.

Tina Martin is the best salesperson and believe me, I have worked with many trying to find my next truck! I had a very specific make and model truck in mind based on the how well my previous trucks had worked out for me. I also had very specific engine hour, mileage, and year requirements. When I would locate a possibility, I would contact the dealership for some specific information and videos to help me determine if it was going to work. Since I could not locate possibilities nearby, it was very important to get all the info I needed without having to drive hours and take off work. Tina got me all the information I needed quickly without pressuring me to come to the dealership. When I got there, everything was just as she promised and my purchase was easy! If you are looking for a salesperson who will work for you as well as her commission, Tina is the one for you ! She is also a kind, awesome person…such a pleasure to have met Tina!
