Beware of Martin Chrysler and FCA (Chrysler Canada)! Dont buy a dodge product period! I purchased a WORK truck from the ladies and gentlemen of Martin Chrysler early December 2025, a brand new 2026 RAM 3500! What a perfect start to a horrible story. They happily sold me into my ideal truck, helped me get it looking good with lift and tires- the works and waved goodbye as I left the dealership after we shot a joint promotional video. Since that day it has been a nightmare of false hopes, empty promises and down right theft of my money. 2 weeks after purchase on Christmas Eve was the first failure, full on limp mode barely making it home for Christmas with my family. This WORK truck has been tied up in their dealership service center for FOUR months since then! Thats 4 large vehicle payments made WITHOUT the vehicle being available for for work! Constant, relentless DEF and regen issues. Between the second and third time that it failed it didn't make the 100km trip from Brooks back to Medicine Hat before the limp light returned. Worse so, the limp mode happened during a snow storm as I was traveling down highway 1 which nearly resulted in getting side swiped by a semi. Now obviously I can understand working through the kinks of a new rig but this is ridiculous, 6 week wait for parts that dont solve the issue? Absolutely zero help from the dealership, no compensation, no way out. Just bent over and forced to take it. I have started a claim with FCA, but we are 2 weeks in without any word back. Also I have been patient and reasonable with Martin Chrylser but this is ridiculous. Also hilarious because this is a qoute from their website. "The foundation of our business has been customer service. Not only do we sell, service and repair vehicles we create friendships. If you are tired of the HASSLE, PRESSURE AND STRESS when trying to purchase a vehicle let us help you. Martin Chrysler is dedicated to saving you time and money. If your tired of the hassle, let us serve you." The realistic version of this qoute should be "sign here, we've got the lube". Martin Chrysler if you're reading this, you know this all factual and you know you should make this right.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Theresa for my new truck. I was not an easy customer to deal with, I looked for months and was very particular due to the high prices these days. Theresa was 100% genuine and patient the entire time. I sent a message at one point not knowing she was on vacation in another country and she took the time to message back. I’m sure the whole sales team are similar, as I dealt with James who was equally as nice while Theresa was away. Being from Brooks you get that nice home town feeling. I met the 3rd generation owners and their father who used to own it - am so glad I bought from them & absolutely love my new truck. Thank you Martin Chrysler.

I want to say I had never been to Martin until I had air ride problems with my 2015 Ram. They tried to fix it. And after a short period it acted up again. To my surprise, the level of service after the first visit is where they went above and beyond. They did not give up to make me a happy customer. From Jay in service to his technicians. I got top notch service. I want to thank everyone there. This type of service is not that common anymore. I will not only recommend service there.
