I recently purchased a car from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It all started from a phone call with Rashidi who spoke with my friend that knew a lot more about cars then I did to the moment we walked in. The staff was welcoming, and Rashidi the person who took care of us was very knowledgeable, never pushy and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The great service proceeded with the finance person Anthony as well. Truly outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and positive car buying experience.

I want to share my experience with Maserati Bergen County. My uncle Jose Luis and I saw a 2017 Cadillac XTS on their website. We were a bit scare of showing up to a luxury car but we were not aware that they had used cars in stock. Ed Carter was assigned to us and did a great job keeping his word. We had a few concerns on the car that we pointed out. Ed promised that our concerns were going to be taken care of under ta PDSI fee that was being charged on the sale. I'm pleased with Ed's service and following thru with what we agree upon. I'm pleasantly surprised that we were able to find my uncle Jose Luis his first car in the USA. While Maserati Bergen County is a high end car dealer and we were buying a used car for $10K, we were treated just like they would treat a high end customer. I recommend Ed Carter, as a car salesman, ask for him he was very clear and honest thru the process. As far of the Dealership, take a look at Maserati Bergen County, they also sell used cars that could surprise you like it surprised us.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I buy a new car every year this year I purchased a 2022 Aston Martin vantage. This dealer will lie to your face about everything under the sun. This dealer is also the only dealer that won’t let you test drive until they get a submitted credit application, that’s their way to gimmick you into buying the car. They already run your credit and numbers without you seeing the car that has a bunch of issues. When you drive it and point out issues they say they will fix it in the IOU but don’t take care of it. They will tell you they won’t take your car as a trade and will only offer what carmax offers (always the lowest) and afterwards they will put it in their lot for 10k over carmax offers. I took the Aston to get scanned for codes it had 12 codes pop up the day after the dealer. (This means they refresh codes you won’t see unless you drive at least 50 miles) I have a “I owe you” with them where they need to fix many issues that a brand new 2022 Aston Martin should not have. They will tell you it’s a lease and been serviced at our dealer and it’s in great condition when all of this is false. GABE one of the managers there was completely rude to me from the very beginning and he had a huge attitude. This day I was his only sale and because his boss said he didn’t sell any cars that day and even then the guy was completely rude. I’m still waiting for my service for the Aston Martin. Oh and if they say it’s the cheapest in the country, don’t make the same dumb mistake as me and not see this big red flag of a dealer. Take your money elsewhere I bet you’d get a better offer anyway.

Fantastic customer service experience with the service department. My service advisor Andrew Datuin was phenomenal in getting my needs met. We purchased a 2021 Ghibli last May and I needed to bring it in for a check engine light issue. The car was picked up at my home and return to me with all the repairs and more completed. I couldn't be happier with the experience at Maserati of North bergen. I highly recommend this dealership.
