I recently moved from NYC to Jacksonville and knew it was time to purchase my first car ever. I shopped around everywhere and finally found my dream car (a white Mercedes-Benz GLC300) online at the Maserati Jacksonville dealership.The minute I walked in the door I felt at home. Not only is the dealership absolutely breathtaking (seriously I didn't want to leave), the staff immediately felt warm, kind, and totally down to earth. Fran at the front desk was absolutely fabulous, and Angel, my salesperson, was AMAZING. I never once felt pressured, only celebrated and respected by the entire team. Amanda and Juan were also incredible. Buying a car is a big deal, but buying your first car EVER is even more monumental and could have been the most stressful experience, but everyone at Maserati made me feel like a queen. I finally got to have my "red bow moment" and it was everything I imagined and more. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Angel. Sam, my service advisor was phenomenal. He had great customer service skills and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He took time out of his busy day to go line by line over the service report and also went outside and showed us how to work all the cool features on our Maserati Levante Modena that we had no clue how to use or even existed. He is amazing and I highly recommend Sam to be your service advisor on your next visit. He will not disappoint.

My experiences with Maserati Jacksonville, Sales and Service, have been awesome. Their prices are surprisingly fair, and they provide excellent, first-rate customer service. Sam in Service is exemplary, and their maintenance pricing is extremely competitive. Sam was able to price-match a recent visit, which was fantastic, and the service team provided, via video, a first-hand account of every aspect of the full-vehicle inspection. From the general manager on down, everybody at Maserati Jacksonville do not hesitate to provide helpful support and positive feedback.
