Hands down, without a doubt, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Christian Marquez was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely patient as I ended up having an international trip in-between our negotiations. We flew in from out of state to come pick up the vehicle and Christian picked us up from our hotel to take us to Maserati. Before that, both Christian and Stephanie worked with us extensively over the phone, email, and text to make sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase we were about to make before we came out there. We were so impressed with their professionalism and service that once we decided to get the vehicle after a couple of evening communications (they really do stay late like others have said to make sure every customer is satisfied), we just said, "Let's do this" and took an Uber to our airport while still finding tickets. Christian and Stephanie explained everything to us and made the process amazingly smooth and simple. Additional shout out to Elizabeth, the finance specialist over at Ferrari (both Towbin Motorcars dealerships) who ended up doing our final paperwork with us. Oh, and since this is a review for a car dealership: Yes, we love the car. Adore it! This is probably a given for a dealership of this caliber, but the vehicle (we purchased a pre-owned model) was in absolutely pristine condition. When they say they only put the best on their lot, they are absolutely not exaggerating a single bit. Inside and out, engine bay, you name it, it looks and runs like it just came right off the production line. The maintenance and detailing team that prepped the car deserves high marks for making sure these vehicles meet the highest standards. To everyone at Maserati Las Vegas, Ferrari Las Vegas, and Towbin Motorsports: Thank you! We had a wonderful time, and it was an absolute blast driving the car all the way home that day (where we got to open her up and have some fun, but not too much to any Highway Patrol that may be reading this. ;-). )
