From the moment we walked in service experience was great. Our sales executive Giorgio Lupinacci was a great guy and gave some great insights on the Maserati vehicles. Our deal didnt work out but he tried his best and is a great guy so he deserves the review. Took a vehicle for a test drive as well and the Levante is one beautifully made vehicle by Maserati. I was planning to get a new car and the Grecale was one of our options. Giorgio assisted with me. I told him I am comparing the Maserati and other brands, he is very professional to answer my questions. Few things I like about the whole experience. No sales pressure. I let him know I am exploring with other brands, he did not stop me at all and encouraged me to drive everything on my list. Follow up in time. I felt bad for him as I ask him a lol of questions on Sunday, he responds right away for my concern. He didn’t contact with me to try and “sell” me his car, but just there when I have questions. He is very professional, as I was dealing with 5 different rep at other brand, he is the only one didn’t say bad thing about other cars. Turns out a very good purchase experience, and I am enjoying my Grecale!

From start to finish, Dallas delivered truly exceptional service (impeccable!). Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to ensuring everything was handled seamlessly exceeded my expectations. She managed the recall, resolved the windshield issue, coordinated follow-ups, and arranged valet service with remarkable efficiency and care. Dealt with Stefan in sales, Donato the General Sales Manager and Sheevana in finance. Bought a pre-owned Porsche Macan and the whole process was very smooth and didn't have that greasy feel that you usually get at a car dealership. If you are in the market for a used car they have a nice selection and the quality of cars is top shelf.. I'd assume you'd get some pretty nice trade-ins on Maseratis..

On Friday March 20,2026 at 3pm I was at Maserati dealership and it was the most garbage service I ever experienced from a dealership. I was waiting for a sales representative to come and then Donato the sales manager came and approach me and I said I was looking to sell my 2022 Maserati Levante to you guys and basically Donato told me to take a hike we’re not interested in your levante have a nice day didn’t even bother even looking at it. They lost my respect I will sell my Maserati somewhere else since they don’t want to earn my business I would recommend this place if you wanna come and get treated like garbage.
