I just purchased a Range Rover Evoque. Kodiak Henderson had helped me every way possible to make the over all experience pleasant and stress free. My daughter (age 19), purchased her very first vehicle @ Maserati Victoria in November 2020. We wanted to leave a review about this dealership and our customer service. Even though I went halfers with her on this purchase, I knew how hard she worked to save her money. As a mom, I wanted her first car purchase to be a stellar experience and that is exactly what happened ♡. From the moment we were greeted, we instantly enjoyed the bright, clean space and calming environment. It sure helped having some fresh Nespresso coffee too. Shout out to Mark who originally offered us a lovely non pressured opportunity to test drive the car and simply have quality time to sit down and chat, the ol' fashioned way! Next, Pietro.... now this fella was fun to work with.. his energetic enthusiastic "go get it done" attitude strongly prevailed. He worked hard for us, despite how challenging the car purchase experience can be from a sales aspect, and a 19 year old first time car purchaser "dragon baby" of mine..lol. She conducted herself amazing through it all and at the end, we felt like we were in our own Grand Prix race, and won!!! All in all, I'm a very proud momma.
