# Summary Opinions of the dealership are sharply divided, with some customers praising reasonable pricing and respectful sales staff, while others report significant issues including vehicle safety problems, poor follow-up on promised repairs, and unprofessional conduct from management and finance personnel. Multiple negative reviews cite unresolved mechanical issues, lack of communication, and aggressive sales tactics, though individual staff members occasionally received praise for their professionalism.
First time buying a car frome them was great. Second car has been a horrible experience. New management will do anything to save a dime. To many issues with the vehicle we bought and they are very rude when you yry to get them resolved. The sales and finance people were great tho. Won't be buying another vehicle from there.
The worst car service I have ever received. Bought a used car with safety, assured that every thing was checked and ready to go. did not even drive 1k and lots of safety issues happened. Took it back and forth, all they do is denying, keeping it for days to waste more time and ending up having the same issues. Lots of messages, calls and emails to the sales rep, manager and service manager with nothing tangible. I would not imagine a big place can offer very law quality service like that. I would not recommend buying from them honestly.
Good experience buying a used car. I understand that it isn’t new. Price was reasonable and clear. All contracts with Sam was comfortable and straight.
Went to look at a vehicle, sales guy was very nice and respectful. When it came down to wanting to figure out payments everything changed, finance guy was extremely pushy and trying to get me to sign before we had even come up to an agreement. Not what I would expect from a big fancy dealership. Been treated better and with more respect and desecency in a fast food drive through than here. Very disappointed! Management needs to step it up.not everyone can afford the expensive cars. Regardless of that respect is free and I didn't receive that either
Bought a vehicle about 4 months ago. Not sure how the vehicle passed safety with a bad tie rod end. Was told they would replace the parts, including some interior lighting, a spare key, and they even took a look a tire that was deflating but couldn't find anything wrong. Managed to get a hold of their service/parts department and told there was no order for the parts. Said they would look into and I asked for a simple call back for an update. Still nothing. Now, aside from the clunking of my tie rod end, my drivers side rear door works only half the time and I have to fill my deflating tire up every week. Not what I expected from this dealership.
