I recently contacted several Cadillac dealers for a 2026 Cadillac Vistiq lease. I either got no information or dealerships not being familiar with the national lease deals. Some dealers were adding $2000 for window tint and ceramic coating that they said came with the vehicle and would not deduct from price. The best dealership by far was Massey Cadillac of South Orlando! I called and spoke to Ashlee Martin and told her I wanted lease quotes on 3 different vehicles. She was friendly and trustworthy when I was on the phone with her. She has been the only sales associate that was eager to answer my questions and get back to me in a timely manner. After getting the info, I drove 90 minutes away with my wife. We had already sent her over by text ID, insurance to get deal going as we hate waiting around at dealership. I walked in dealership and was greeted by Jose Fulgencio the New Car Manager. He was very friendly and helpful with questions Ashlee didn’t know. He did exactly what a manager should do and assisted where needed with the sale. Finally, Jessie Whitley in Finance was not pushy and clearly explained what he thought would be excellent add ons to our deal. We are extremely pleased with all three individuals we were in contact with. I highly recommend Massey for the best price and level of customer service.
