I just purchased a 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser at Massey Toyota on May 20th. My assigned sales rep was Anthony Patrick. The engagement began with an on-line estimate of my trade-in car value which exceeded my expectations. Anthony has a very unique non-pressure approach and was like a University Professor in providing the detailed instruction on how all the Toyota features, systems and sensors work. I am very happy with my new Land Cruiser and the negotiated outcome of the final deal. It is clear to me that this dealership when compared to many I have visited aims to build a long term relationship by offering long term value. The offer of lifetime free oil changes is an amazing find and it is the salesmanship's character that will bring me back to Massey Toyota for my next car.

We had a great experience with Jeff Woods! We went to the lot to browse and they didn’t have any RAV4s on site. So as we were about to pull out, Jeff stopped us, got us to come inside and got me exactly what I wanted! My car was hard to get from ANY Toyota statewide…but he got it here. It took some time-which it was out of his control….however he beat everyone’s price!!! The customer service was top notch! They treat you like family! Definitely will be going back to them when we get our daughters car.. And I’ll be coming for my car wash soon, Mr. Jeff!!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I stopped by Massey motors a few weeks ago on the way to New Bern. We met very briefly with Jeff Woods, since we are from out of town about an hour away, we were just looking to see what they had in stock. We really wanted to buy in our local hometown and made an attempt to, but the deal fell through for various reasons primarily because the sales manager at home was extremely pushy and expected us to make a decision on the spot without allowing us to really consider the major purchase we were about to make. Liking a car that Massey Motors had I gave Jeff a call. Asking him if the car was still available and it was. Not only was he extremely helpful and not pushy I found that since we were paying in full for the vehicle they would accept my personal check, not only did they do that but after the purchase since my wife was working and unable to go with me, they drove the car to my home, which is an hour away from Kingston. I never expected such service from a dealership I’m thankful that the Lord sent me their way, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to Jeff Woods and the great people at Massey

Absolutely Incredible experience from end to end!! Anna made our trade and purchase of 2 new vehicles so efficient! We were in and out in less than 2 hours!! She used active listening skills to learn more about our lifestyles - and she took the time to point out relevant features and tech that we could use day to day making life easier for our family! She also followed up to check in on us after the purchases! After our positive experience, we had 2 other friends go in the same week and they also had similar experience when purchasing 2 cars from Anna! Advice: Go. See. Anna. No matter how far you live from Kinston, call her! You won’t regret it!
