These guys have a reputation in town of doing work without authorization. I HAD to bring my vehicle there because they were the only place in town that had a certain tool my vehicle needed. I specifically told them that I needed a call before extra work was done and they went ahead and did $400 worth of extra work. When I complained via text the guy said "we could just take the parts out" rather than apologizing and then told me I'd said i just needed it working again which is not at all what I had said.

Walking by and saw a vehicle that was interesting. Sales guy was great, it ended up being not what I was looking for but the service was great. Highly recommend

Amazing service. We had a ceased rear wheel and they fixed it within a few hours since we are from out of town. It was a huge cost saver and relief for us. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

Amazing experiences working with thier service department. Travis and the team went above and beyond in repairing a unexpected surprise during a routine oil change. Travis took time to explain, provided detailed pictures and mobilized to get me on the road for an important trip. There understanding and care always makes for a great experience.

These folks helped us out greatly in a pinch when we blew a brake line in Powell river and are from out of town. Got the job as done as efficiently and reasonably as possible given the timeframe we gave them. Much appreciated! Travis at the service centre was very nice to deal with and informative and helpful.
