I am not someone who typically likes to buy from dealerships. Must are pushy and I just don’t like it. I called Master Chevrolet because they had an Expedition I was looking for. Benjamin was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all, answered all my questions. I made him work for my business and he did. Too add to it, I have only visited one other dealership and they had all these hidden fees, Master had none, straight forward prices and straight forward business. Their financial guy, forgot his name, but he was a straight shooter as well, five stars from me.

We had the best experience buying our Tahoe last night! Our sales rep, Travis White, was friendly, not pushy at all, and really took the time to get to know us. He made the whole process easy and worked with us to get where we needed to be. We truly felt taken care of—highly recommend! Travis was wonderful- I was dealing with the loss of my husband and trying to get our vehicles figured out. I was looking for a manageable payment on a new vehicle with a warranty so I could have peace of mind for the next 3-5 years. Travis was not pushy at all and mindful of everything. He answered all questions and concerns and made the process quick and seamless. He was sensitive to the fact seeing our vehicles both go was hard.
