I had a factory recall due on my car that was able to be done by their mobile service team. It was great! He came and got my key while I was at work, did the update, brought back my key, telling me it was all done and wow!! So easy and he was super nice!! Great job!!

Chris and the Service Team at Mathew’s Ford were great to work with. Was on a family vacation from Western New York and had an electronic issue and my F150 had to be towed to them from our hotel. The service team diagnosed the issue within a couple hours but unfortunately had to order part in. They arranged a one way rental for me and family to get home and then coordinated with ford customer service to have my truck shipped back to me once repaired. Their follow-up was very nice and job completed to great satisfaction. A+ rating from me and my family. Thanks Chris and team.

I have used Quick Lane since I purchased my. I go back because they can get me in quickly and are very efficient. The biggest reason I go back though is the customer service! The guys at the counter are always pleasant and friendly!

Recently had my mustang Mach E serviced by Mathews ford in Sandusky. The experience was great from start to finish. Roger and the team at the service desk got me in quickly and completed the reprogramming in the quoted time while I sat in the comfortable waiting area sipping on fresh coffee. All good!
