A superb experience from the first phone call and email to customer care rep Keri Snyder who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and responsive in finding the vehicle I wanted. Katelyn got me the price I needed and handled all the paperwork quickly and professionally. Scott Harris handled the current lease turn in and delivery of the new vehicle, which was waiting outside, sparkling with a full tank of gas. Scott spent the necessary time with my wife and I to make sure we were comfortable with all the new tech. He also handled all the necessary preliminary paperwork remotely via text and email. I made 1 call, told them when I would be by to drop off the old and pick up the new and they were prepared, on time and super easy to deal with. I've been in and out of the car business myself for 20 years and I can't remember a better experience even when I was the salesman! Kudos to all involved from the ownership, management and trainers who put this group of people and this car buying process together. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for the dealer to take a look to my vehicle. Once they inspect the vehicle it was found that a communication module is defective and there are no parts in stock to fix it. So I had to take my vehicle back until the part is in stock. But they warned me about the expectation on getting the part available will be really long. It could take more than a month and there is no estimated date yet. So even Im paying for the onstar service I will not have it for about 2-3 months since the failure and until the vehicle is hopefully fixed.
