Went Saturday to Mathews Hyundai of Greece looking for a vehicle. It was busy, they were short staffed but someone was always checking in with us, telling us they'd be right with us. We were lucky enough to get Mark Ostrander as our salesman. He was great! Not pushy, answered our questions, HEARD what we wanted. Mark brought around the car we wanted to try, explained where everything was and how/why we'd like the newer features without making us feel pressured (thanks again Mark). We loved the car! Mark walked us through the loan paperwork, celebrated our excitement with us, and told us he'd see us Monday. When we got there the car was sitting there waiting for us. It was pristine, the tank was full, and then Mark sat out in the car with us hooking up our phones and going through EVERY feature even more thoroughly. Because we live quite a distance from Greece he even told us if we have any questions that come up at any time he would zoom with us to be sure we got the most from our car! We couldn't have asked for a better experience in any way! Go see Mark. You will be glad you did!
