I broke down at 3 am after hitting something in the road during a storm. Shane, the Service Manager, went above and beyond to help me. I'm a transport driver for a dog rescue, and had 8 dogs with me that were going to their new homes in Minnesota. The dealership let me borrow their parts van to get the dogs safely where they needed to be to meet another of our vans, and loaned me a vehicle to use here in town while they worked on my van. You can't get better service than that! Great, friendly crew, helped me swap the dogs and their crates from one van to another and got us on the way. They're Facebook famous now, we have several social media people working on it to help out. Thank y'all so much!

After working with Kevin to find the family vehicle I was looking for, I flew from Indiana to Kansas City to pick it up. He was gracious enough to have me picked me up at the airport and take me to the dealership to finalize the deal. He is a kind/honest person and a pleasure to talk to. This has been by far the easiest thing we have done in our 16 years of marriage! Trey has been the best salesman! He and the whole team made the entire purchase as smooth as possible. We had two vehicles serviced this week and appreciate Matt always making sure everything is in order. Also had an object hit my windshield and Shawn offered replacing it on Saturday so it wouldn’t disrupt my work week travel. Competitive price with excellent and friendly service.
