Called to talk to a service tech and the service tech hung up on me and called me names. Definitely not going back that was the worst experience of my life working with anyone in the automotive industry.

What can I say about this amazing store they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and mine they are amazing from the start with Lori the internet sales person who paired me up to my AMAZING salesman jerimiah brewer who let me watch the football game while doing the deal that was AMAZING!! to the hard working and dedicated finance manager mark getting my better deal and taking time to make sure I didn’t feel like I was getting setup and took his time to explain everything down to the very last detail to the penny!! And all the way down to the service manager Dallas this entire place is amazing friendly and hard working group of people I know it’s a bit of a drive but I would do it time and time again if you want a really good team who’s got your back from the beginning to the middle to the end and every stop inbetween look no farther then MAX MOTORS look for the cowboy with no arms 😂

Matt was extremely helpful, went above and beyond when could have absolutely just left and made us come back another time, he explained everything throughly and was polite even tho he ended up having to stay late on a Friday night, he even gave us a print out of the original contract that was misplaced! Just bought my second car from this dealership. I was lucky enough to have John as my salesperson and Robert handle the financing and to Lori for getting me back in the door. Thank you to all the helpful hands at Max motors ❤️

This dealership is completely unethical!! Their word means nothing as they will tell you anything and agree to anything to get you in the door. What is the point lying and agreeing to a sales price if you are not truly willing to honor the agreement? The owners son was made aware of an agreed upon price, as well as proof of the text exchange with the sales rep and still would not honor the agreed upon price. The salesman says that he had managements approval, however the sales manager who is the owners son and has no need to worry about money or payments said he would not honor the negotiated price. An entire day wasted and over 400 miles driven to be lied to one way or the other. Unless you want to be screwed over, lied to and your time wasted, I would avoid going to this dealership. A man is only as good as his word and if his word ain’t worth s%}t then neither is he, nor the business he built on lies!!! I wouldn’t spend one penny at this dealership!!! Complete disappointment and not even an apology or an explanation as to why the misinformation took place. Whether it is the sales persons fault or the managers fault.... it was not my fault. Money does not grow on trees and not everyone has a daddy with deep pockets to drive miles and miles and have their time wasted as well as be lied to and disrespected. The owner would be better off buying a golf course to let his son putt around on.... since clearly he doesn’t understand how negotiations work and how to honor what was promised up front!!!! If your board and just have a ton of money to waste this is the dealership for you!
