I recently purchased a used vehicle from MAXmotive and had a great experience working with Ricco. Since I was traveling from another state to inspect the vehicle and complete the purchase, Ricco held it for me over the weekend until Tuesday—the earliest I could arrange travel—without requiring a deposit. Once I arrived, he took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. He even offered to put the vehicle on a lift so I could inspect the underside, and I gladly took him up on that offer. Ricco was responsive, straightforward, and helped make the transaction smooth and efficient. The paperwork took less than 90 minutes, and part of that time was due to Pennsylvania's requirement that seller's signature on the paper title be notarized. Eight days later, the vehicle arrived in a single-car enclosed trailer driven by Roger. I was especially thankful it was enclosed because it was pouring rain during delivery. The vehicle was properly secured during transport and arrived in the same condition as when I purchased it. Aside from the weather, the delivery process was smooth and hassle-free. It's clear that customer satisfaction is important to Ricco, and I appreciate the effort he put into making the experience a positive one.
