I typically write reviews only when I have an unsatisfactory experience; however, purchasing my vehicle from May Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I have ever had. I know many people dread the hassle and back-and-forth often associated with buying a vehicle, but this dealership made the process seamless, educational, and highly professional. From the beginning, I felt heard, and my needs and preferences were clearly understood and addressed. Most importantly, Roosevelt was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. The professionalism and customer service provided by Bill and Donivan were exceptional. They ensured timely delivery of my vehicle and made certain that all of my needs were met. Even though I live in Dallas, I received everything I could have asked for and more. I am pleased beyond measure and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional car-buying experience. They truly work to get you exactly what you want. 10/10! We had such a wonderful experience at May Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I absolutely hate shopping for a car and I went into this with the normal expectations that I always do only to be pleasantly surprised. I went in wanting a specific vehicle but as usual willing to settle for something else but they worked most of the day finding me the vehicle that I was looking for and didn't even suggest anything else as an alternative. Some may think thats because I have great credit and thats why but in truth my credit is barely average and they worked some magic to make my dream come true. I know this isn't always the case but they didn't give up or come straight back with a we can't do this like most dealerships. The people at this dealership will do anything in their power to help you and thats how is should be honest and open communication which I greatly appreciate. My boyfriend went with me for moral support in this process and was just as impressed to the point that he purchased a car while we were there too. There were no sales tactics to try and pressure either of us into anything and I can never thank them enough for the best car buying experience that I've ever had.

I don’t like buying new vehicles or used vehicles from a dealer. They always trying to sell your shit that you don’t want warranties and whatever else they can, but my sales been here. He didn’t do none of that. No, the finance guy he tried a little bit to sell me an extended warranty, but all in all it wasn’t a bad experience at all here. Well, it took a little longer than what I would’ve liked, but that was my fault. I should’ve had my financing started before I even went. if you do go to this place, I recommend talking to (Donivan) he’s a great guy. I don’t think he’d do you wrong

Great people and ready to help make your car buying experience easy. My car unexpectedly died. We had been to dealers in Tulsa only to have our time wasted. We called May after seeing what we'd been looking for online and asked if it was still available. They were their waiting for us and treated us with respect. We test drove it and looked it over, they answered all our questions. We bought it and love it! We will go back and we highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Outstanding service and easy buying process! Ryan White asked us what we wanted and needed and he came through. Sales Manager Rendell is the best as he ensured everything went smoothly and got us the very best deal possible! Will definitely choose them again in the future!
