I came here to have my car inspected. The garage manager Mr. Mourad Morsli was really professional and friendly and they gave me the best possible service and got my car ready for inspection. While I rarely write reviews, I would be remiss if I did not express our gratitude and appreciation for the excellent customer service we enjoyed at this dealer. Both in car sales and service. Recently, my daughter purchased a used vehicle from Gabriel Plateau. From start to finish, we enjoyed a superb customer buying experience. Soufian treated us like highly-valued customers and he went out of his way to make the entire transaction seamless. Any concerns? All taken care of! Some after sale follow-up with the servicing of the vehicle was required- no problem! In this day and age, it is so nice to have received such responsive client-oriented customer service. I purchased my car 3 years ago and keep going every 6 months for maintenance and always receive the best service without being hassled for upcharges. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also make sure to remind you of your appointments and promotions to save more!
