I recently downsized from my CX-90 to this CX-5, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Wael was incredibly patient throughout the process and worked hard to get me a very competitive price for my trade-in. Both Wael and Koko (the Pre-owned Sales Manager) showed great responsibility and professionalism. After the car was delivered, they took care of all the minor bodywork and electrical component issues free of charge. They even provided a complimentary alignment, and now the car drives like it’s brand new! Highly recommend for their excellent after-sales service.
