The dealership had exactly what we were looking for right on the showroom floor, which made the process incredibly smooth. The dealership itself was immaculate and well-organized. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for their customers. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Someone even brought me water during our visit, which was a thoughtful touch that really stood out. Our salesperson, Eric Fernandez, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. Eric made sure we understood all our options and never pressured us into anything we didn't want. The chief financial officer, Jeffrey who handled our financing paperwork was incredibly kind and relatable. He made what could have been a stressful part of the process much more manageable and less painful. His approach really put us at ease during the financial discussions. Vehicle Preparation & Service Department Before bringing my car out, their service team went above and beyond with vehicle preparation. They thoroughly cleaned the car, filled up the gas tank, removed the roof racks, and completed what appeared to be a comprehensive 37-point inspection. They even ensured the windshield wiper fluid was topped off. Everything was checked and ready for me to drive home with complete confidence. Overall This dealership exceeded our expectations in every way. From the clean, organized facility to the exceptional customer service, seamless financing experience, and meticulous vehicle preparation, Mazda of Elk Grove has earned our trust and recommendation. The staff at this dealership are phenomenal people, I was welcomed in immediately and everyone was respectful, I test drove a car, the salesman was very patient and made sure to point out all of the features, the style, as well as explain how the car would be suitable for my needs. Christian is very knowledgeable and very ethical, and not once did I feel like there was a time where he or the team tried to "force" a deal I didn't want, my wishes and intent was respected and that kind of experience is extremely rare at a dealership. Christian did a great job at exploring payment options, pricing, and for telling me about the special deals and incentives to save money, and what started as a simple test drive, ended with me being a very satisfied prospect who would definitely recommend friends and family to this dealership, and that kind of experience is not something you get from a dealership very often.
