Highly recommend Mazda Knoxville. Just purchased a brand-new vehicle there and the whole experience was very pleasant. The whole team was cordial and diligent. Oscar and Taras made us feel at home. I had such a great experience at Mazda of Knoxville! Steven in sales was absolutely amazing to work with , super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident about my decision. Scott in finance was just as great. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process smooth, and didn’t make it feel overwhelming at all. Overall, the entire experience was easy, transparent, and stress-free. Went in one random Friday about 2 months ago to test drive this miata because i had another one picked out but fell in love with this one and bought it the next day. Great experience with Elvis at Mazda of Knoxville! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. No pressure at all, just honest help and great service. Great dealership! The people really care and try to get you the best deals. They do their best to be flexible and accommodate your needs. Although the car buying process is long in general, they make it worth the while. I got a certified pre owned vehicle and, so far, it drives like a dream! Shout out to Gaines Miller!

I have been coming here on and off for 2 years, first searching for a first car for my daughter, ending with leasing a Mazda 3 for myself! Nick Clayton is our sales guy, and I just want to say he's a great guy! We feel like he's practically part of our family. We were so happy to finally give him our business!
