I recently leased a car from Mazda and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Amanda was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Kim, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. Jayla in finance was also fantastic—she explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. Left my car for multiple days in their care for a simple recall. They parked my car at the very front and a customer backed into it damaging the back. It took them 5 days to inform me, no call just a text. $5,500 in damages and they took no responsibility. Now they are telling me the date in the video is wrong. What a joke of an establishment

This was the best experience I’ve ever had, I wish I could give more stars. Everyone was attentive, answered every call and every text. I tend to over communicate and ask a lot of questions and they never hesitated to be there and help through it all. I’ve had bad experiences with dealerships but this one was such a breath of fresh air. I sat in my car for the first time crying tears of joy. Had a discount coupon, so went for an oil change, safety inspection and tire rotation. Thanks to Mike for excellent customer service and good communication about my car repairs. They were thorough and gave a video of the mechanic checking out my car with his recommendation for repairs. Repairs noted are extensive, and pricey, but can't complain because my 2015 Mazda has 80,000 travel miles on it and has never had any work done on it other than oil changes and filters. So the car has held up great for 11 years and many road trips. The video is very helpful. I shared it with my husband to show him what was wrong with the car. He wants to have one of our mechanic friends look it over too, before we make any plans for repairs, due to the dealership costs. Though, in the past, I've always preferred and used original parts from the dealer as they tend to last longer. We will see what happens this time. Length of my visit was 2.5 hours, a little long but for all they did, it was okay. They even threw in a complimentary car wash which is a nice touch. Overall, great place to take your car.
