# Summary The dealership earns widespread praise for its friendly, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and low-pressure sales approach, with customers particularly highlighting exceptional service experiences and genuine assistance. However, one customer reported aggressive warranty sales tactics and subsequent pressure to leave positive reviews, though they acknowledged the quality of the vehicles themselves.

Mazda Valencia is an outstanding dealership and our experience proved exactly that. This was our first car purchase and it all started with a spontaneous stop at Mazda Valencia. We weren’t even planning to buy that day but the experience stuck with us. The next day we checked out Mazda Bakersfield since we live in the area, but after that visit we immediately knew we had to make the drive back to Valencia and make a deal with the right people. And honestly, the cars speak for themselves. We are incredibly happy with our purchase. Shoutout to Byron! He is the definition of what a great sales consultant should be. As first-time buyers his knowledge and patience meant everything. Exceptionally informative, genuinely helpful, and zero pressure. Chris the sales manager was personable and made the whole process smooth and easy, and Mike in finance was efficient and thorough, making the paperwork the least stressful part of the whole experience. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, especially if it’s your first time buying, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Valencia. Ask for Byron. You won’t regret it. Five stars!

Overall, I had quite a memorable experience at this dealership. Not only did they accommodate my 2-hour, $150 Uber ride there, but they also graciously gave me their time and effort over the course of 10 hours on top of a great deal. Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I’d especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM–12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

You can't go wrong with a Mazda, reliable and great on gas. But the sales staff here are high pressure, they'll do whatever it takes to get a vehicle warranty on your contract, even if you tell them you're not interested. 2 years ago when I bought a car here, after telling them a million times I don't want a warranty, Pedro the amateur sales manager instructed his sales rep to include a warranty but it won't cost anything. The sales rep whose name I can't remember couldn't explain it and it would have cost me about $900. I knew legally I had up to 30 days to remove the warranty so I just signed the paper because I wanted the car and wasn't going to allow an unprofessional sales staff prevent me from getting the car. After I reported the sales staff action to the finance department, they re-wrote the contract which turned out to be about $30 less per month. What a great deal I got AFTER I complained. Afterwards the sales staff asked me several times to leave a good review. LMAO, then I received an email or text asking me to leave a review. So they try to pressure me into spending more money on a worthless warranty and then ask me to leave a good review. Give me a break, I have been buying cars for 40 years, a lot longer than anyone at this dealership has been selling cars. In contrast 6 months ago, I bought another car from Keyes Hyundai, complete opposite experience. Nobody asked me to get a warranty or asked to leave a good review. But I would still buy a car here if I found one they had that I wanted. Cars sell themselves.

This is one of the nicest dealerships I've been to in years. It's clean and well stocked and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. They don't pressure you and give you the time and space to make a decision. They also don't play games with you are give you honest pricng. Dorian and Cynthia were great.
