bought a car there we had negotiated on the phone , and by text (gentlemen didnt want to send emails) once at the location , they forgot to install the winter wheels , but still chaged for installation... after 30 mins of arguing to 3, 20 year olds , they had issue understanding the logic behind this the principle of charging and not doing the work . , they removed the fee. Then i noticed the price of the car was over by about 300$ , took a long time because no one could explain how the invoice was made 45 mins later of arguing with 20 year olds this accounting lady came , saw my text message , and that i was right . So she gave me half only . i didnt want to waste more time so i accepted it . Stressfull event . bad comunication. Very inexperienced staff. seems it was not done in a malecious manner , is what i tell myself , since the sales person kinda apologized at the end

Etiane the salesman was very helpful, as a I was just a walk-in customer. I was instantly sold to a mazda Cx-5 and now I have the vehicle on my possession. The best part: you get to test drive the car unaccompanied. The staff were very helpful for every step of my purchase.

Great service from the repair guys, it might be more expensive sometimes but I trust their work. I wish they did something about the parking lot, it’s really awful

The WORST customer experience of my entire life, and bonus... In front of my 2 daughters (3 years and 8 months) and wife. The "sales rep", Jonathan Courtois, was not only completely unprofessional and rude, but even aggressive. I honestly don't know how people like this is put in front of customers. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. This is more a "dépanneur" than a dealership.

Worst dealership, sold us a broken car with so many problems we weren’t aware of. The salesperson told us the car was in perfect condition. A couple of months later, the car wont even start and no one answers our call. Do not recommend!!
