I had an amazing experience at Mazda Thousand Oaks thanks to my most amazing salesperson Jacquelyn! She answered every question I had and she memorized everything I wanted in a SUV and she found me the perfect one!! I am so happy with my Mazda CX5 and I owe it to Jacquelyn! And my chihuahua Daisy loves it too! ❤️

I love the service dept. They are accommodating. I'm definitely keeping my Carbon edition CX9 that ai have already put 50K miles on it since buying it used with 100k miles on it. Not too happy on the new CX90 inline 6 in which I was going to buy next. Drive, comfort and reliability on the new motor an issue for me. Might get another CX9 or a CX90 with a different motor. Nonetheless. Happy with the service.

Pleasantly surprised by this dealership. I typically purchase luxury cars but wanted a Miata. My overall experience with Mazda Thousand Oaks was comparable to anything luxury brands offer. Isaac was willing to negotiate on my terms and did not insist on commanding the negotiation. Nema in finance was so friendly and professional. Again, not what I anticipated. Very happy customer!

I had an excellent experience at Mazda T.O. I appreciate that they partner with Costco, so I knew the actual price without having to play games: when they called me they knew exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend salesperson Matt Heller, for his pleasant demeanor and attention to detail: he made the process aa easy as possible. The sales paperwork was slow, but that’s the unfortunate reality of sales paperwork… even so, it wasn’t awful. I would definitely recommend Mazda T.O. to my friends and family.
