I want to give a huge thank you to Will at McCarthy Chevrolet, he was fantastic from start to finish during the entire experience. Will was straightforward, honest, and patient with me and worked very hard to ensure the whole process was seamless and easy! And to top it off Will even brought the new car right to my front door! Will was an absolute patient beast! Helped me learn, understand, teach me, explain everything in detail, etc…! He was the best and he never blew me up like every other dealership would. I came due to the excellent customer service previously provided by Vick and he certainly didn’t let me down. In fact, he recognized me before I recognized him. He scheduled my service & had me in & out (along with your technicians) in no time & remembered that I had GM credit card points to be used. But it was his final act of customer service that made me smile & impressed. I bring my dog (& I really appreciate the dealership letting me bring her into the showroom while we wait). After concluding the paperwork, I go out to the car & Vick has put my dog stairs out so Millie can get back in the car. I thought that was very attentive customer service, though I am afraid Millie didn’t appreciate it as much as I did. Seriously, it is these types of details that make the difference.

Dakota helped me from the second I walked in until the second I left. I walked in for a vehicle that was sold and he was able to find a new model that worked for me at the right price. THANK YOU!
