My new go to dealership for the service department. They were able to locate and program my electronic steering rack on my 2025 Explorer after an accident when no one else could. The communication along the way was very informative and I never had to wonder what the progress was. Great people to work with.

Just picked up this beauty on Saturday from here. Was met an assisted by Tim B, also known as polish Tim. Tim was amazing, very knowledgeable on mustangs and made the experience of purchasing my car way easier and more fun at the same time. Overall very good experience with them, and only suggestion for them is to post more of there fleet on cars.com and cargurus, the only way I found out about this being in there inventory was another dealer trying to purchase it from them to then resell to me, so I did my research found it online and bought it directly from them the next morning. Couldn’t be more happier with my experience and my purchase, thank you Tim B, and the rest of the staff for making my purchase fast, simple, and for sure one to remember. I’ll keep you guys in mind for my future purchases😁

I rarely give 5⭐️ to any business however this was the most painless car shopping I’ve ever experienced. And the shortest time ever to walk out and step in a new car. I felt respected and not diminished because I was an older woman with average credit. Rodney worked it out and helped me set everything up in my new vehicle before I left. So far I am quite satisfied. Thank you McCarthy Ford.

Tony was amazing. He never pushed anything and was very professional. Pete was so helpful to wrap up everything. We were in the middle of a four state trip. I had to swap stuff from the trade-in car we were driving to the car we bought. Totally forgot my prescription sunglasses in the top council. Called Tony the next day, which was a Thursday, and of course he said he would send it. Got home Sunday and they were already there! Thank you Tony!!!!

I have a vintage 99 Ford F250 Super Duty It was once a fleet vehicle, so the mechanic from the company in which it came from pretty much pampered the vehicle. Followed by me upgrading what I could. I took it to McCarthy Ford for some maintenance that I couldn't handle and they got me and my 99 right. Good crew of people and they didn't hit me over the head with the cost like another Ford dealership tried to do. Excellent Service!!
