Dealership costs here (most of KS) are higher than Missouri, but the dealership was happy to work with me to get me into a new Civic at the price I was happy with. I didn't have issues with the dealer pushing protection plans or dealer add-ons which led to a much better experience than I've had with other dealerships in the past. The dealership had a bit of a mishap while sourcing my car (other dealership sent the wrong car) but Kaiden communicated with me regularly throughout the process to give me updates. If any friends are in the market for a Honda I'll be sending them to Kaiden.

I had a great and easy transaction the week of May 21st We have been looking for a good used car and we had set up an appointment to see a Ford focus long story short we went out to the dealership. The car wasn’t there so we just asked Kaiden to assist us and he found this 2011 Buick lacrosse for me and I love it. My siblings and I are very proud of Kaiden and the amount of responsibility. I've reached out twice now just to get a copy of all my service history, and still nothing. The first time I called and I spoke with a woman in the service department. She said she was messaging or emailing her supervisor and that I should reach back out if I don't hear anything in the next couple hours. I didn't hear anything for about 4 hours so I call again. The operator sends me to service again and a man answers who I explain the situation to. He says he'll "transfer me right over". I sit on hold for about 5 minutes when the line starts ringing again and I hear a voicemail message for what sounds like a guy in new car sales? I leave a message explaining the situation but am so confident I will not get a call back. I don't claim to know how their record keeping works but surely asking for a vehicles service history is an achievable and reasonable ask. Apparently it's an impossible task for them, or they just refuse to provide me with that information. Either way, that's shady. I asked for my vehicle's history to make sure I don't get lied to about a service I either have or have not completed in the past and the fact that getting this information is so difficult only makes me trust them even less. I will not be returning. Update: this place is genuinely laughable. Two different people called me back, both requesting my email, which I had already provided to them so I'm not sure how or where they lost it. I called back this past Monday 5/18 around 1pm and gave the service manager my email. Today is Wednesday 5/20 and guess what - I still don't have my records. What a joke. 6/2 update: I saw the reply to my review. The "multiple times" he's referring to are the 2 people that called me once each last month. I called them back after those attempts and left my email. No one has reaxhed out to me since then. I just sent an email to the address they listed asking for my service records. I included my email address in the email I sent them too, just in case. Let's see if they actually send them my way! Who wants to place bets? 🤣 6/9 update: I still have not received any records or been contacted again.
