I had an incredible experience with McCarthy Jeep Ram purchasing my 2026 Jeep Wrangler. The entire team went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and transparent while working hard to get me the best deal possible. A huge thank you to Taylor, who was the first person I reached out to. She helped put everything together from the beginning and connected me with Brad, my sales advisor, who was knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with throughout the entire process. Also shoutout to Keegan, the sales manager, and Jordan in finance for making everything easy and straightforward. The customer service here was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Wrangler. I have bought a number of cars that McCarthy over the years and I have always appreciated the speed and ease of being able to do so. Recently I have purchased two new vehicles at this dealership and both times I had the pleasure of dealing with a salesperson by the name Alyssa west. I was impressed by her patients, knowledge of the vehicles that I wanted to look at and her ability to make everything a streamlined and fast as possible. I would recommend anybody ask for her when buying a car from this dealership. They also have a very nice showroom and amenities and a friendly staff.

Alyssa was amazing to work with! She was so friendly and a delight to work with from the very start! She asked me some questions and was able to help me find what I wanted in my vehicle! I literally left the lot with my dream vehicle!!! I bought my first van 10 years ago from this place and a few days ago, my purpel jeep! Everyone is so friendly and professional too!

The service department is extremely unprofessional and rude. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it was not put back together with the floor boards exposed and the service manager Dilion was unable to explain why they would return my vehicle not in the same condition it was given to them. This was after standing in the lobby for 4 minutes waiting to be greeted and assisted. Once I was greeted I was sent out to the garage then back inside because no one knew how to assist me with simply retrieving my car. I’ve purchased my last 4 Venice from McCarthy dealerships but this will likely be my last.

The entire staff at this location was incredible! Easy to work with and very responsive to any and all questions! Mellissa our saleswoman was an absolute delight. Very personable and extremely responsive to messages even when not working. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond for us and is the only reason I purchased not 1 but 2 vehicles from them within 5 days! Even the finance department Jordan and Kevin were amazing. Educated and knowledgeable with any concerns or questions we had!! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you bought any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep product from anyone other than them!
