Had a very good time Thursday. Was surprised by my husband for stopping by and ended up getting a new Jeep wrangler. It’s an early birthday present. Everyone there was very friendly and polite. Besides being very helpful. Especially Ruthi.

This past Thursday, my wife and I purchased a new Ram 2500 pickup from McCord’s. I had seen a vehicle that met our needs while searching online and submitted a request for contact. I received a prompt response by both email and a phone call. The representative I spoke with was Ruthi, and she quickly set us up for an appointment to come in and look at the truck. We arrived and met with Ruthi, who had the truck already parked in the front parking area. After taking a look at the truck, we quickly decided it was what we were looking for at a very good price. Once we let Ruthi know, she quickly got to work putting together the sales package. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful in getting us taken care of. She also addressed all of our questions in a direct manner. Both her manager and the finance manager (Vonda) were also very friendly and helpful in getting the paperwork together. We were given a very fair price on our trade-in, which made us very happy as well. We would definitely recommend Ruthi and the rest of the team at McCord’s to anyone looking for a new vehicle! I searched for a specific model and called several dealers in three states for pricing on a new truck, McCord won the bid with the lowest price for the truck I wanted and best value for my trade in. I went to test drive the truck and no pressure, no up sale, just here’s the keys, just let us know what you think. I did the credit application online and dropped off my trade a few days later, signed paperwork, ordered an accessory to be put on the truck, we were in and out in less than an hour. We were flying out for a couple weeks and was not able to take delivery of the truck that night because we had to wait for parts, which could have been delayed do to back order, but McCord was able to find the parts at another dealer and get them within a couple days. The great part was we were trying to do a quick two day turnaround when we got back home for another trip that was going to be a couple months. McCord arranged for the truck to be delivered to my home once the work was completed and expedited the licensing so I could have my license plate for my trip and not worry about the temporary permit expiring. This saved me four to five hours round trip to go and pick up the truck as soon as I got home and a trip to the DMV to chase down the plates, all at no extra cost. This has been by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend giving McCord a try the next time you’re buying a car. My experience has been top notch!
