Mcdaniel Toyota

I purchased a used rav4 from McDaniel Toyota. I drove 2 hours away to the dealership to purchase the car. It was a 23 rav4 with 15k miles. When I got home I inspected it a little more thoroughly and I found some scrape marks on the front plastic bumper, a missing oil pan plastic cover and damage to a plastic cover underneath the engine bay. When I contacted the dealership they said they would be willing to send up a driver to my house to swap cars and leave me with a loaner in the meantime. They said they would put a new oil pan cover on. They said the plastic cover under the engine bay is purely cosmetic so they would not replace it and that there inspection report shows no damage to the car so they would most likely not cover the front plastic bumper. So I am disappointed because now that makes me question the in depth details about the inspection they performed on the car. The car also has holes in the front bumper/grille from where the license plate was. Make sure to fully inspect the car before you purchase through McDaniel Toyota. I still don’t know if it’s even worth putting 200 miles on the car and 4 more hours of driving for a $40 oil cover.

I was looking for a hard to find color for a TRD Pro Sequoia for my wife. McDaniel Toyota is about 10 hours from me, but they happened to have one on the lot that I found when searching online. Other dealers were asking $5k over markup, so I was a bit skeptical at their internet listed price being below MSRP. I called them on a Monday and worked with Shaun. I flew there the next day and the car was ready to go. They even picked me up from the airport an hour away. I was out the door and on my way in under 30 minutes from the time I got there. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have had. Their communication was great, and there was no shady business tactics. For anyone looking to buy something online from them, this is one of the good, straight forward dealers out there.

Bought a Tacoma from McDaniel Toyota. The Service Department treats you like royalty. Bob, Amanda, Scott, and the rest of the service team is as good as it gets anywhere, in any industry. I can't thank them enough for all they do, and just how amazingly well they do it. They make everything smooth and better. While making it look effortless, which clearly it isn't. I cannot thank them enough.

My hubby and I were casually shopping for cars and Tyler at McDaniel did a great job selling us a Toyota crown sooner than we planed to purchase. He worked to find the exact color and trim package I wanted. He listened and didn’t pressure us and they gave me a very nice trade in value on my vehicle. Financing worked to get me a nice rate on a loan and they had everything as ready as possible when we walked in the door to finalize the purchase. All around a great experience.
