I paid for package service for totaling to 837.87 for simple things like oil changes to wipers and fluid changes, on the way to my other appointment after service I realized my car now showing 40% oil life when made at stop I checked more to find wiper blades were not charged either. I called to find resolution no response, called again today multiple call forwarded and long hold followed by disconnect. If you care to take care of your car take it else where for service at this point I don’t know if they changed and or service anything like they said they did.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from McDaniels on 4/27/26. I'd been searching for a reliable used vehicle and a RDX popped up on the search listings. The vehicle checked all the boxes for us, so I sent an inquiry and was contacted by a salesperson. We started a negotiation via text and the price was agreed upon without any crazy back and forths (Who has time for that anyway???). I purchased a different used vehcile from McDaniels about 2 years ago and decided to try again. I am glad that I did. The origial salesperson handed the deal off to Gus, due to the fact that a family memeber had dealt with Gus. Gus was great! He stayed late so we could arrive, gave us what we needed on the trade-in and got us taken care of. I can't say enough good things about him. The work of the people like Gus make the reputation of the name on the dealership sign. I'm sure we'll be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle.
