I have been buying Porsches for the last 20 years. Buying cars through McDaniels has always been an excellent experience. The staff is so knowledgeable, kind and caring . Mr. McDaniels himself has been instrumental in making the transaction as easy as possible. The service department has provided us an excellent service over the past 2 decades. My wife test drove the car yesterday and today it is in our garage.

10 stars. Traveling with my father from Gatlinburg to Pawleys Island, we had a big pothole which resulted in a very bad scary noise. We found the nearest Porsche dealership, McDaniels, and not only were they exceedingly gracious, and took great care of us, they didn’t even charge us. I find that particularly noteworthy since we neither bought the car from them nor will we be probably be buying one from them in the future. Can’t say enough about the service manager, Tom, and Dalton the technician. They also get a 10 star rating for their waiting area, not just the snacks and beverages, but the ladies room was downright elegant. And my favorite part, another customer had her three month old Great Dane.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with McDaniels Porsche—both the sales and service departments have been outstanding. My recent vehicle purchase couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The entire process was seamless, and Stanton Hejira, the sales manager, was exceptional from start to finish. He was always on top of things, incredibly accommodating with every request, and genuinely flexible. He’s truly a great person to work with, and I highly, highly recommend him. I’ve also been using their service department for years, and they’ve consistently been excellent. Danny and Robert Liptak deserve a special shout-out—they’ve always been thorough, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Overall, McDaniels Porsche continues to deliver top-tier service, and I couldn’t be happier.

I reached out to Tom Heaton at McDaniels Porsche to complete a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a Panamera I was considering from a small car lot, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Right from the initial call, Tom was personable, transparent about cost, and very clear about what the inspection would include. He was also able to accommodate my schedule and coordinate timing with the seller, which I really appreciated given that I was traveling from out of town. When I arrived, Tom was great to work with — professional, easy to talk to, and again very upfront about the inspection process. We took the car for a short drive to get a feel for any obvious issues, and I was allowed to ask questions and speak directly with the technician while the car was on the lift. Kudos to the technician as well (I unfortunately don’t recall his name). He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain what he was seeing without rushing or sugarcoating anything. While it’s never fun spending money on a car you ultimately decide not to purchase, the $200 PPI was absolutely fair for the level of detail, honesty, and professionalism provided. Tom and the tech likely saved me from a very costly mistake, and I’m genuinely grateful for their transparency and integrity. Highly recommend McDaniels Porsche for anyone considering a PPI or service work — this is exactly how it should be done.
