We had a great experience with Garrett and the McDonald team! Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. He also presented a cheaper option, which ended up being my favorite because of the light interior! The finance team was respectful and easy to work with. They gave us more for our trade than some other dealerships offered which helped make the deal work. It’s a smaller dealership and has a welcoming family feel, which I really enjoyed. I will highly recommend McDonald to my friends and family. It was a MUCH better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships in the past.

He answered my questions directly, respected my budget, and only showed me options that were actually within the range I asked for. He also went above and beyond by finding great alternatives that still fit my needs instead of trying to upsell or push me in a different direction. I felt heard and respected the entire time. The finance portion of the process was just as great. David Smoker, the finance manager, was AMAZING. He was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything when I had questions. I never felt rushed and was given all the time I needed to review documents and feel comfortable before signing. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most positive car-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend McDonald Volkswagen and will absolutely return for future purchases.

Zach O’Connor and Ryan Sampson were incredible to work with. My wife and I were just popping into a few dealerships to get a gauge on what was the next step after her lease ends at the end of July. Zach was extremely knowledgeable around the new Volkswagens we had been curious about… But thanks to his exemplary care and attentiveness to our wants and needs- he hit the drawing board, found the perfect car (at another McDonald location), and had it pulled up within 15 minutes. Ryan then took the time to find a situation that we just couldn’t pass up, which allowed us to take the car home and turn our lease in about 2 months before expected.
