I had another great experience with Darin who had everything ready for me over the phone when I got there. It was fast then financing was all ready for me and a great deal that I received and an awesome trade-in value. I always travel the extra hour to go to McElwain Chevrolet for the best deal.

I guess I am in the minority with my 1 star review. Inquired about buying a car and salesman Mark promptly called me back. We talked a bit and I tol him what I was looking for and what I could pay. He said he had a deal for $3000 down and $199 a month for 24 months. I repeated it to make sure. So I made an appointment for later that day. When I came in we went into his office and he sat down on the computer and said he had a great deal at money down and $399 a month! I asked what happened to the $ down and $199 a month. He said that didn't include all the fees! He should have told me that on the phone. I feel it was a ploy to get me into dealership. I was lied to. Tried to buy local but read rest of my reviews and u will see I ihad to go out of town to another dealership yesterday and did indeed get a quote on the phone and drove 45 minutes to buy! I told that salesman what happened to me and he agreed that just was a trick and not right! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Tim my salesman and Bart the finance manager were an absolute dream to work with. I told Tim what I was looking for and did not have to worry from there, we had a few hiccups but both of these guys worked diligently to get a deal approved and closed for me! I can not thank them enough for treating me like family the second we started speaking. Total time spent at the dealership was less than an hour and I was driving my new car. If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go hands down I won’t purchase a vehicle anywhere else!

Purchased a Chevy Silverado from the store. Sales person was great. Was able to accommodate me being I have a big family and I am very busy. when I come to do the paperwork, a few things had changed. Shortly, after chaffing the vehicle the next day I realize that they moved and changed some things and the deal was not the same as when we went over everything. The Finance lady was nice, but try to spin me. if there was a truly change and not a Money grab, someone should have explained to me what exactly was going on, and I could’ve made the decision whether to buy the vehicle or not instead of trying to play me. I reached out to my sales person and said the general manager should be calling me, but he never did. I just want them to make it right and they never called or anything so that is why I’m leaving. this review so beware of this if you are purchasing a vehicle from the store

I was searching for a specific car with specific details and found it at the lowest price I have seen at this car dealership. I live 2.5 hours away. I wanted to make the trip but couldn’t. Mark & his team went above & beyond to deliver it to me & made the buying process less stressful. I am extremely happy with my new car thanks to Mark & his team for making it happen.
