Tyler Stanley was no pressure, listened, understood, and ultimately I purchased from him after searching for 4 months despite the vehicle having more miles because of his transparency. The entire process was great. Financing (Brianna) was very good - first gave a very high price on an extended warranty but quickly was able to meet my needs. The vehicle had an issue and they immediately handled it (new tires had manufactured defect) - gave me a fun loaner and offered to drive it back to me. The dealership is over an hour from me and plenty of dealerships are closer to me I could have used. There was no pressure, no sales pitch. He let me know a vehicle would be coming in and when it had finally arrived I was set to purchase on Carvana - all paid. He matched and beat the offer - no hassle on my trade and did financing well. I had to walk away from an Infiniti deal due to shady tactics. I was reluctantly purchasing for health reasons and trading in a vehicle I loved for 13 years (and was paid). Hands down worth the ride and I am not a customer that is easily won with tactics. I confidently invested in a vehicle I have a 10 year/100k mile full warranty on that will take me into the next 10-13 years with ease. ~ Sincerely a dealerships tough customer from Massachusetts ;-)

Tyler was very easy to work with. I came from NY to buy a F350. Tyler had me start the process from home. A good friend and I took the ride to Pick up the truck and hit an awesome breakfast spot, that Tyler recommended, before heading back. Easy to deal with no drama.

Tyler was awesome to deal with. I set up an appointment over the phone because I was coming from a distance away. I asked a few questions and he was able to answer them over the phone. He even called back immediately and told me exactly a cost I was looking for. I came into the dealership and he allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive after he gave me a nice run down about the truck. I came back after the test drive and it was such an easy process after that.
