The thing that really set this experience apart was when Joel went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. Before I was even authorized to drive off in my new Sorento, Joel actually loaned me his personal vehicle so I could get to the store and back to get everything squared away! What an amazing experience we had with the whole process! Travis stayed late after a long Friday to send us a deal that we were happy to make the 4.5 hour trip one way! I went to McFarland Kia basically to just start the process of looking for a hybrid SUV. Nathan Dang approached me as I was walking into the Kia showroom. He just casually asked me a few questions and made some points about the Kia Sportage, Kia Sorento, and the Kia Telluride. It was really no pressure at all and so we just walked around and looked at a number of cars and then I test drove a beautiful blue Kia Sportage hybrid and absolutely loved it and an hour later I was walking out with a new car it was a wonderful experience all around.
