We didn’t actually go to the dealership as everything was handled through our salesperson in Lubbock at McGavock Nissan. As always, the service and commitment of the employees at McGavock was top notch. We have been customers for 10 years and will continue to shop there as long as we can!
My truck had several problems that needed serious attention. The service department got me in immediately and fixed everything. It did take some time but considering that the repairs came out to be 11 to 13 hours of billable labor hours, they were able to get my truck done in about 6 hours. I can't comment on costs because both of my truck's issues fell under manufacturer's cost, I was still able to give the service department 5 stars. Thank you McGavock GMC
Excellent service at McGavock Chevrolet GMC. I took my truck in for an oil change and everything was quick and professional. The staff was friendly, explained the service clearly, and finished within the expected time. Great experience overall. I will definitely come back for future service. Highly recommended.
