McGavock Nissan Lubbock

Purchased a 2026 Frontier from McGavock recently. The entire experience was wonderful. My salesman, Blake was great. Sales Manager, Willis was top tier. The entire staff was inviting and made the entire process comforting. Even the F&I department, which is usually the most dreaded place of a dealership was amazing. JT in the finance department explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all. No complaints and would recommend.

I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Frontier from McGavock Nissan Lubbock, and the experience was genuinely great from start to finish. Cody was fantastic to work with. I took my in for oil change , tire rotation and car wash. When they did oil change I saw employee struggling with the cover under the motor. When he did that he messed up the wiring for the lights under my car. And when I asked the other employee to please wash my car he got upset and called the man in charged. I talked to man in charged and he told me that the car is going to have water spots because they don't have towels to dry off car. I told him that I have a towel in my car , he said okay. When Terry brought the car back he had his phone on one hand and towel on the other hand but all he did was walk around my car did not even try to dry the car. Then he was just starting in the corner just looking at his phone. So took my car in front of building and dried the car myself . I talked to a older man and told him what happened. He said he would take care of it . When I got home I noticed that someone was looking for something in my glove compartment and middle console. It looked like they took everything out and just jammed everything back. Please let me know how Nissan is going to fix this and provide better service. Please and thank you.
